Nature's Acres offers a variety of training options. We have one on one training classes for you and your pet or a month by month option for you to leave your dog with us. Either way it is important for you to attend training with your dog so they learn to listen to you not just our training staff. Training requires teaching your pet good habits ... some ‘not so good’ habits may have formed at home. If you do not train with your dog, when they go back home they will fall back into their old habits.

General Information

Joe Castiglione graduated with an AA degree from the Tom Rose School. Joe is certified in all areas of dog training including training for Autism and people with disabilities.

Puppy Class

We concentrate on basic skills and socialization to start your puppy off on the right track. This class is recommended for puppies between the ages of 12 weeks old to 6 months old.

Basic Obedience

Obedience is like a foundation of a house which everything else is built upon. It is the building blocks that you add one at a time. You can not run before you walk. This class focuses on learning basic skills and making them become habits for your dog. We believe in teaching hand and voice skills simultaneously. You will learn to build a teamwork with your dog that will pay off for the rest of your dogs life.
